Anjali Mariam Paul is currently completing her M.A. in Development Studies from Azim Premji University in Bangalore. She spent 6 weeks last summer interning with C-NES where she came face to face with the adversities faced by the riverine islanders in Assam, India; which encouraged her to pursue an independent study on Assam's health system in her last semester.
